Return Policy

We stand behind every product we carry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@dermphishop.com and our team will take care of you from there. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: opened or used products, sale or discounted items, gift cards, and personalized products. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we are always happy to help.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Please reach out as soon as possible and we will take care of it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

The Dermphi Shop™ InPHInite Rewards™ Loyalty Program ("Program") is an exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers in Canada with special benefits, gifts, and promotions based on their annual spending. By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership & Eligibility

  • The Program is only available to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old.
  • Membership is limited to individuals only and is restricted to one account per person.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
  • No purchase is necessary to join the Program.

Earning & Redeeming Points

  • Members earn points for every dollar spent (before taxes) at Dermphi Shop™, with higher-tier members earning points at an accelerated rate.
  • Bonus point events may be offered periodically.
  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for eligible rewards.
  • Certain purchases, such as gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees, do not qualify for point accumulation.

The Program consists of seven tiers based on annual or lifetime spending (before taxes):

The Dermphi Shop™ Auto-Replenishment Program ("Program") offers a convenient way for customers in Canada to receive their favorite products on a recurring basis. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Membership & Eligibility

  • The Program is only available to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old.
  • Membership is limited to individuals only and is restricted to one account per person.
  • A valid Dermphi Shop™ account, shipping address, and payment method are required to participate.
  • Enrollment in the Program constitutes agreement to automatic recurring charges based on your selected replenishment frequency.

Auto-Replenish Subscription Details

Flexible Delivery Schedule

Members can choose from the following delivery frequencies:

  • Every 3 months – minimum commitment of 3 deliveries.

Subscription Commitment

  • A minimum commitment period of 3 delivery cycles ensures uninterrupted access to your favorite products.
  • After fulfilling the minimum commitment, members can pause, modify, or cancel their auto-replenishment at any time through their Dermphi Shop™ account.

Billing & Payment

  • By enrolling, you authorize Dermphi Shop™ to charge your selected payment method automatically for each scheduled shipment.
  • Charges will be processed on the date of each scheduled shipment.
  • If a payment fails, the order may be delayed, and the subscription may be suspended until a valid payment method is provided.

Modifications & Cancellation

  • Members may adjust their delivery schedule, product selections, or payment method at any time via their Dermphi Shop™ account.
  • Cancellations are only permitted after fulfilling the minimum commitment period of 3 delivery cycles.
  • To cancel, a request must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged.

Shipping & Returns

  • Auto-replenishment orders follow standard shipping policies and estimated delivery times.
  • Returns and refunds are subject to the Dermphi Shop™ Return Policy. If a return is processed, auto-replenishment for that product may be paused.

Program Changes & Termination

  • Dermphi Shop™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
  • Members will be notified of significant changes to the Program via e-mail or website updates.
  • If the Program is terminated, any active auto-replenishment orders will be fulfilled before cancellation.

Privacy & Data Usage

  • By enrolling in the Program, members agree to Dermphi Shop™'s Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data collected under the Program will be used to provide personalized offers, track rewards, and improve customer experience.
  • Payment and personal information will be securely stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Legal Compliance & Governing Law

  • Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
  • Members waive any right to a jury trial in the event of a legal dispute.

Pick-Up Policy

Dermphi Shop™ offers a local pick-up option for customers in Calgary, Alberta and surrounding areas. Orders can be collected at our partner location during designated business hours. By selecting local pick-up at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Parking: Paid underground parking is available on-site. Customers who park in the underground parkade will receive validated parking at the time of pick-up.

Orders may be collected during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
  • Statutory Holidays: Closed

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2 business days for processing. You will receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” confirmation e-mail once your order is available for collection.

Do not attempt to pick up your order before receiving confirmation.

Pick-Up Requirements

To collect your order, you must present:

  • A digital or printed copy of your order confirmation
  • A valid government-issued photo ID

If someone else is collecting your order, please notify us in advance via e-mail with their full name. They will also be required to present valid a government-issued photo ID at the time of pick-up.

Holding Period

Orders will be held for 7 business days from the time the pick-up notification is sent. If not collected within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment minus a 15% restocking fee.

Ownership & Liability

Ownership of the items transfers to the customer upon pick-up. Dermphi Shop™ is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the holding period expires.

Modifications
