Terms and Conditions for Online Gift Cards
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of online gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Dermphi Shop™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Purchase and Redemption
Gift Cards can be purchased online through our website at https://dermphishop.com.
Gift Cards are redeemable only for merchandise at Dermphi Shop™ and cannot be used for purchases from third-party vendors.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
3. Expiry and Fees
In accordance with Alberta law, Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.
No fees will be charged for the purchase or redemption of Gift Cards.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Dermphi Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Treat your Gift Card like cash.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
5. Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
6. Fraud
Dermphi Shop™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any Gift Card purchase or redemption if we suspect fraud, violation of these Terms, or any other unauthorized or unlawful activity.
7. Changes to Terms
Dermphi Shop™ reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be available on our website and will govern your use of Gift Cards.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Mobile Terms of Service
The Dermphi Shop™ mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dermphi Shop™ (“Dermphi Shop™”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions(“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By providing your phone number to receive texts, you consent to receive from or on behalf of Dermphi Shop ™ marketing and promotional text messages about Dermphi Shop™ products and services and other items of interest sent to the phone number you provided. You may withdraw consent at any time. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply.
By consenting Dermphi Shop™ SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dermphi Shop™ through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dermphi Shop™. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

Dermphi Shop™ uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
