Eligibility: This offer is available to customers who make a qualifying purchase on Dermphi Shop™ website during the promotional period.

Offer Details:

Spend $400 or More: Receive a gift valued between $50-$90. 
Spend $500 or More: Receive a gift valued between $100-$120. 
Spend $750 or More: Receive a gift valued between $175-$220.
Spend $1000 or More: Receive a gift valued between  $275-$330.

Qualifying Purchase: The total purchase amount is calculated before tax, shipping, or any discounts applied. Gift cards and previous purchases are not eligible to count toward the qualifying purchase.

Limited-Time Offer: This offer is valid while supplies last. Once the gift allocation is exhausted, the offer will no longer be available.

Gift Availability: Gifts are subject to availability. If the gift of choice is out of stock, Dermphi Shop™ reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value.

One Gift Per Customer: Customers are eligible to receive only one gift per transaction, regardless of the total purchase amount.

Non-Transferable: Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products.

Returns & Exchanges: If you return your purchase, the gift with purchase must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Dermphi Shop™ reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Other Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.

Applicable Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or shipping fees that may apply to the gift with purchase.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis but in general, all sales of skincare products made at Dermphi Shop™ are final. Before purchasing a skincare product, please consider all required protocols and potential risks/adverse effects. Given our strong commitment to client satisfaction, we are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the skincare products before purchase.
• Dermphi Shop™ dispenses medical-grade skincare products. Being a certified medical facility that must follow strict Infection and Prevention Control (IPAC) guidelines, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items purchased.
• Orders from Dermphi Shop™ may be cancelled for a full refund prior to our team beginning to process your order for shipping. Once the package has been picked-up, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If eligible, Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We kindly ask that you inspect your Dermphi Shop™ order immediately upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact our experienced customer service team by e-mail (hello@dermphishop.com) immediately so we can address the issue immediately.

Return Process:

• Online orders for Dermphi Shop™ are processed (picked, packed, and shipped) from our warehouse and cannot be picked up or returned in-store at Dermphi Centre™.
• To initiate a return, the customer must reach out to our customer service team via e-mail (hello@dermphishop.com), providing the order number and reason for the return.
• If the order is eligible for a refund, a return shipping label will be sent to the customer via e-mail.
• The customer is required to print the provided return label and securely package the items for return, ensuring that all original packaging and included materials are enclosed.
• If a gift with purchase was included in the order, this must be returned as well or will be charged back to the customer.
• The customer is required to drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location as indicated on the return label.
• Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed, minus any applicable fees (restocking fee, return shipping charge, etc.). The customer will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Fees and Deductions:

• A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns.
• If the customer received free shipping on their order, an additional fee of $20 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• A flat fee of $20 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged for return shipping. Dermphi Shop will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• The refund amount will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees and shipping costs.
• If points were used to purchase the product, those points will not be returned to the customer’s account.

Exceptions:

• Items sold at a discount because of approaching expiration or packaging imperfections are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Gift cards, and personalized products are are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
