Returns & Exchanges Policy

Dermphi Shop (“we” or “us”) strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review this Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully:

Opened, Unsealed, or Used Products:

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products, except in cases of confirmed allergic reactions (refer to the Allergic Reactions section below).

Unopened, Undamaged, Unused Products:

We will gladly exchange or refund products that have not been opened, damaged, or used. Returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We, therefore, strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If any products arrive damaged or defective, please report it to Dermphi Shop within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly address the issue and provide a refund or replacement for the damaged or defective item. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Hygienic Products:

For hygienic reasons, hair care, and makeup products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances.

 

Allergic Reactions

We understand that certain products may not be suitable for every individual. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please follow these guidelines:

Reporting Allergic Reactions:

Allergic reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Please contact Dermphi Shop immediately if you experience any adverse reactions.

Documentation:

In order to process a refund or credit for allergic reactions, we may request a doctor’s letter and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Product Information:

Please note that all product instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions provided on our site are sourced from manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns about specific ingredients, we recommend consulting your doctor or contacting us for further information.

Medical Consultation:

Dermphi Shop has a medical director on staff to assist with any adverse reactions. Please contact us for a consultation if needed.
